What Does My Below Fecalysis Report Suggest?

Hi! Fecalysis result says entamoeba histolytica (cyst): 0-2/HPF. Does this mean there is a need to be treated for amoeba? Loose bowel started 6 days ago. Had fever 3 days ago, but was treated with acetaminophen and now okay. There is still stomach ache. Already had 1 full day of taking racecadotril (Hidrasec) and also taking hydrite solution. Just had the fecalysis test today. Need to know if should take any anti-amoeba drugs. Thanks for the help!

Hi ,
It's highly possible that you have been infected by e.histolytica,the symptoms are suggestive of amoebiasis.it would be better if you have antibiotics to treat it ,hope it helpful.
