What Does My Below Urinalysis Report Suggest?

please help me to understand this result in urinalysis test.. thanks

Physical Properties
color: Straw
transparency : hazy
Reaction: 6.0 Acidic
Specific gravity : 1.010

Chemical test:

Sugar: negative
Albumin: Trace

Crystals:
Amorphous urates: few
Squamous epithelial cells: many
Bacteria: many
Mucus threads: Occasional


Microscopic Findings:

PUS Cells: (occasional) 4-5/Hpf
RBC: (occasional) 1-2/Hpf


please let me know if what this results to

Hi, your test report suggest that you have a bacterial infection.
however you have not said about your clinical condition, and for what purpose the report is taken.
I am of the opinion that, to consult your physician in case you are symptomatic and get treated with antibiotic.
