Hello

Findings suggests raised eosinophil count(eosinophilia).
It may be due to many reasons like worm infestation,allergy etc.
Patient need clinical correlation.
Stool RE/ME should be examined for ova,cysts,worms.
Patient may be prescribes anti-helminthic therapy.Antihistaminics can also be prescribed.

Other findings are within normal limit.
It is also important to evaluate for allergy.
