Hi my ultrasound reports says, uterus normal sized, endometrium is of normal morphology, both ovaries seems to be polysystic and no fluid seen in POD and no adnexal mass seen. in my blood report everything seems to be normal but the serum prolactin is 29.5ng/ml. What does it mean.
Polycystic ovaries could be the reason for abnormal periods and hormonal imbalance. As your question doesn't tell about your menstrual periods, it is difficult to interpret these results. Also, your prolactin level is on the higher side.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
