General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting on HCM.
From your description, if you are taking Thyronorm, it appears that you have been treated for hypothyroidism.
Your thyroid profile results are pretty normal, except Total T4 levels is nearing the upper limit of normal.
Obesity associated with hypothroidism on treatment needs proper evaluation to rule out 'metabolic syndrome'. You need to get checked your blood sugar, fating lipid profile and HbA1c (Glycated hemoglobin).
Hence you need to contact Physician or Diabetologist to get properly evaluated and then could be advised accordingly.
Hope the information provided would be useful. Wish you all the best.
