Hello and welcome to HCM, The nature of the report is not mentioned in your history but I assume that the report is that of X-ray chest. The X-ray chest is showing presence of multiple nodules of sizes varying from 5 cm to 7 cm. The nature of these nodules need to be known. The nature of these nodules can be determined by aspiration cytology In aspiration cytology, a needle is inserted into the nodules under radiological guidance and the cells are aspirated. The cells hence aspirated are examined under the microscope to determine the nature of cells and hence possible nature of the nodules. Further treatment can be planned after diagnosis of the nodules.
