What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

my mom is oddly, a very active 92 year old with BMB completed recently indicating AMML with 26% blasts, high WBCs and low platelets after completing roughly 2 years of 60k units pro crit biweekly and increased creatinine levels from 1.8 to 2.3 following 7 day hosp stay with brief Hydrea and ravicurase with modest results. Recent (last few months) weakness resulting in acceptance of performing the BMV only to find this result. Should we consider Vidaza, Cytarabine and/or other agents or accept advise of hospice referral/?
