What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

i just had my regular blood test BELOW R FINDINGS HAEMOGLOBIN 14.52, TLC 5.6, PLATELET 221 RBC are reduced 3.5 MCV 113.3, MCH 37.32, RDW 15.43 DOES IT POINT TOWARDS B12 DEFICIENCY ? I ALSO GET SKIN RASHES I ALSO CHECKED MY EARLIER BLOOD TESTS (2012,2015) AND DISCOVERED THAT SIMILAR READINGS ARE THERE TOO (LOW RBC, HIGH MCV,MCH) PL. ADVISE DLC is elevated(neutrophil 46.21 lymphocyte 44.08 monocyte 7.85)

hi
your report shows that you have MEAN INCREASED volume of RBC .that means RBC are macrocytic.
vitamin B12 DEFICIENCY is the one of the cause for macrocytic RBC.
when there is vitamin B12 deficiency ,there may be changes in neutrophil too.(increased in lobulation of nucleus)
other cause for macrocytic RBC can be considered only after knowing the vitamin B12 level in blood.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The blood report shows a macrocytic type of anemia.
I suggest you to get vitamin b 12 and folic acid levels done.
deficiency of vitamin B 12 and folic acid will be treated by vitamin B 12 and folic acid supplementation.
