What Does My Bone Marrow Biopsy Report Suggest?
My husband was diagnosed with ALL 8/9/2010. His last bone marrow biopsy a year ago showed that he was in complete remission. He just had another one done and the diagnosis is "Normocellular marrow with trilineage hematopoiesis. Can you tell me what that means/

The bone marrow biopsy report suggests that the cellularity of the bone marrow is within normal limits.
The three cell lineages- red blood cell, white blood cell and platelets are within normal limits and show normal maturation.
There is no evidence of relapse or bone marrow suppression.
