Hi I can understand your query. Normally m: e ratio is 1.5 : 1.(means myeloid to erythroid raio). Here in your case erythroid hyperplasia is present.it is mostly because of megaliblastic anemia or myelidysplastic syndrome. Systemic disease that can the cause include tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, Malaria etc.rule out them if you have related symptoms like prolonged cough, fever etc. For confirming megaliblastic anemic do your serum b12 level. Then finally no other diagnosis fit then myelidysplastic syndrome will be your diagnosis. You have not mentioned your reticulicyte count.if it is high hemolytic anemia will be the diagnosis.in which case LDH and bilirubin get increased. I hope you understand my answer. Ready to help you.
