Hi, Nothing to worry there are early degenerative changes in cervical and lumbar spines and back muscles. There are no findings of having prolapsed disc or narrowing of spinal canal. Consult orthopedic surgeon for advice and physiotherapy. Take Calcium and multivitamin supplements. Ok and take care.
