Hi, Chest CT scan observation says : 1.small right hilar lymphadenopathy 2. Few small sub centimeter parenchymal nodule in right middle lobe and left lower lobe - Early Koch s pathology? 3. small well defined oval cystic lesion [ 18/13 mm] left para vertebral region posterior to aorctic arch and adjacent to esophagus - bronchogenic cyst?
1.The lymph nodal enlargement is seen in any kind of infections, can be lung pathology or any systemic cause. 2.The parenchymal nodules are to be worried about, is they are described as infective features. 3. Possibilities of the tuberculosis can not be ruled out. 4.At the same time is better to get a follow-up CT after a course of antibiotics and once symptoms resolved, to make sure they are not any mass lesions, monitor there sizes. 5.Cystic lesion, solitary does not need any attention, it would resolve after treatment.
Hope it helps you. any thing to ask, do not hesitate. Good luck.
