My chest xray says Mild Hyperaeration. Heart is normal size. Lungs are mildly hyperaerated but clear. No effusion is seen. I am a non-smoker. I take, since 2003, Methotrexate (injected) for Dermatomyositis. Can this cause hyperaeration. What is the treatment and the out come?
