General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In the given fecal analysis report no major abnormality is seen. Bacteria is present that might be from contamination during collection or can be normal bacterial flora. Pus cells up to 4-5 /hpf is not an issue. Normally 4 to 5 cell can be seen. Parasites are also not present.

Symptomatic management should be done. If improvement is not seen repeat stool examination. Consult pediatrician for examination and further discussion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
