What Does My Fertility Screening Test Indicate?
Uterus is normal in size, measures 64 x 51 x 42 mm - shows a fibroid measuring 45 x 43 mm in size with calcifications in the anterior wall near fundus. Endometrial thickness measures 8 mm. Left ovary measures 35 x 20 mm -- shows a follicle measuring 17 x 17 mm , no fluid collection seen in Cul- de - sac

* The ultrasound report is suggestive of benign tumor of uterus which is fibroid of 45 mm size with calcification in anterior wall near fundus as secondary pathological changes.
* As this is for fertility purpose, obvious cause of infertility is fibroid of uterus pausing issues with implantation and pregnancy.
* Needs excision of fibroid uterus to get fertile.
