Diabetologist 's  Response
Hello,

The simple meaning is there is no lesion(any injury in the inner layer). Plus there is no cancer. Coccobacilli are a type of microorganisms present in the vaginal mucus membrane. There is no problem at all.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhakar Laxman Jathar, Diabetologist
