General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on your description and investigation details shared, it appears that you could be having difficulty in conceiving due to problems related to hormonal response.

You need to get your thyroid profile done. Also, an ultrasound scan of the abdomen is necessary. Then your periods needs to be regularized by means of medications accordingly. This would improve the chances for you to conceive and ensure that the pregnancy would continue.

Kindly consult infertility specialist for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
