Hi Doctor. I did folliculometry scan in day 10 the result says-reaveals regular shaped non gravid anteverted shaped uterus measuring 89×56×51mm in LXBXAP dimensions respectively. Endometrium is thin. Both adnexa are free. The right ovary are multiple cystic spaces measuring 12mm, 13mm, 14mm. The left ovary measures 13mm, 14mm. The pouch of Douglas id freeof fluid collection and also hypoechoic mass measuring 12m suggestivr of Subserosal myoma. Impression: ovarian follicles, Subserosal myoma. Kindly explain the result to me.
Hi I have gone through your reort. The given dimentiobs of uterus says uterus is slightly buljy in size.they didnt mention what is endometrial thickness.they mentioned sas thin.but its important to know the measurement as it wil tel whether the inplantation pissible or not.this is the place where fetus grows.it should be minimum 7-9mm at the time of egg release .single dimention of follicle given .both ovaries showing developing follicles.its 10th day only.it needsto follw up follicles.one or two become large.after rupture egg (ovum)is released.based on this you can plan pregnancy.follow the follicles every alternate day.nothing to worry of subserosal myoma. Thank you Vasundhara
