What Does My Following Follicular Study Indicate?
Hi,
I m 35 yrs old tryin ti conceive my second child. First conception was normal hv an 8 yr old kid. My follicular study shows following:
Day 11- right ovary no DF MSF - left ovary 10.5 mm MSF - endomet thickness 5.6 mm
Day 17- right ovary no df msf- left ovary 12.3 msf- endomet thickness 7.5 mm
Day 20- right ovary no df/msf - left ovary 12.3 msf - endomet thickness 8.00 mm
What will be next course of treatment? I m.taking ovacare n.folic acid since a month.

1.This is follicular study to monitor the follicle size and when it ruptures and free fluid is seen.
2.When it happens the doctor will give you some hormonal medication and ask to have intercourse - which will be more success in conceiving.
3.In your case the follicle size has not reached up to the mark.
4.Normally it is said in literature the size any thing more than 13mm in one dimension is more possibilities.
5.In this case there will be treatment to increase the follicle size.
