What Does My Following Medical Report Indicate?

my chest pa reads: A suspicious focal opacity is seen in the right lower lung. Suggest spot oblique view with nipple marker for further evaluation. The rest of the visualized lung fields are clear. Heart is not enlarged. Aorta is calcified. Diaphragm and bony thoracic cage are intact.

Thank you for your help.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is an density seen in the right lower lung but was not able to analyse in one view os doctor has requested other view.
2.In the oblique view with a nipple marker to localise the lesion / density and reach to diagnosis.
3.Aorta calcified - which is seen as a normal variation in an hypertensive and aged patients.
4.Rest all in the report appears normal - lung fields clear.
5.The definitive investigation of choice in this case if patient is symptomatic - HRCT - high resolution computer tomography or CT thorax - and treated according to the findings.

Good luck.
