What Does My Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I've just received my results from my ultrasound; liver is mildly enlarged with presence of 4 echogenic lesions noted within the right lobe with largest measursing 2.9 x 2.3 cm and more in keeping with multiple hemangiomas. what does this really mean? Is it cancer?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest that there are multiple lesions with in the right lobe of the liver with increased echo-genicity.
2.The lesions probably would have been shown increased vascularity since they are called as haemangioma ( vascular origin)
3.Haemangioma are benign lesions of vascular origin. However multiple liver lesion goes to wards secondaries.
4.In this case computer tomography with contrast will help in better evaluation of the lesion.
5.They are not cancer but cancer could be some where else with secondaries - one of the possible cause.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
