Hi, This is Manoj. My complete urine examination had following thing:

MACROSCOPIC EXAMINATION

Colour Pale yellow

Appearance Clear

Reaction Acidic

Specific Gravity 1.020

Protein Trace

Sugar Nil

MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION

Pus Cells 2-3/HPF

R.B.C Nil

Epithelial Cells OCC/HPF

Casts Nil

Crystals Nil



I just wanted to know the problems and more imortantly the meaning of Epithelial Cells OCC/HPF

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your urine analysis report is totally normal. Epithelial cells are the lining cells of your genitourinary tract. Few epithelial cells are normally present in the urine. It is normal finding. You have absolutely normal report.
