Hello there, Your report indicates that you are having acid reflux disease due to a lax or overly relaxed Lower esophageal sphincter. Normally the esophagus and the stomach are kept as separate compartments due to the lower esophageal sphincter staying contracted. in your case it is relaxed and hence the flow of acid into esophagus occurs easily. What can you do? Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Never lie down immediately after a meal. wait for atleast 2 hours. Elevate head end of the bed. Avoid alcohol or smoking.
If this still does not solve the issue there is a minor surgery that can be done.
Detailed answer: From the findings given in your question you are suffering from mild inflammation of your stomach lining but with out the infection cause by a germ known as Helicobacter Pylori. It seems you are having burning sensation in the stomach and heart burn. This could be due to some many reasons, may be you take hot and spicy food, non vegetarian foods, drugs like pain killers, stress, coffee, cigarette smoking etc.
I think I have tried to explain the findings given in your endoscopy results. Take care. Regards!
