What Does My Husband S Chest X-ray Indicate?

Good morning Sir/Maam, my husband undergo a chest x-ray and the result of his x-ray was Old PTB in both upper lungs with partial contraction in the left. There is 0.6 cm calcified nodule in the right mid lung. There is left pleur0-diaphragmatic adhesion. There is slight scoliosis of the spine. Suggest sputum exam for PTB activity. what does it mean all about? please help us understand his Radiologic Findings. Thank you....

Hello,

There is only old and healed lesions in the given X-ray. There is no active disease process and thus no treatment is required as of now. You can go for a follow up X-ray after three months assess the progress.
