hi, u did not mention but it seems to be the report of a CT scan. it is important to know why u had undergone a CT scan i.e. the symptoms and sign of disease. we want to treat the patient not a report. the most important finding is small 4 mm non calcified pulmonary nodule in rt. lower lobe and .5 mm density in posterior segment of rt. lobe of liver, these nodules should be observed closely, means u should under go CT scanning again after 3 months or according to symptoms. minimal patchy infiltrates and scarring in fissure my be non significant, and this has to be correlated with ur symptoms. but presently not to worry much with this report, if this is the only investigation done.
