What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

i went for upper GI endoscopy, found @38cm small irregular ulcer in GEJ, multiple erosions seen in my stomach body and large irregular ulcer seen in prepyloric area of antrum everything else was normal. Is the above anything to worry if yes then what to do ? dr seggest me for ct scan abdomen, is that right way ?

thanks for writing to us.
Your GI endoscopy revealed peptic ulcers. Small ulcer at the junction of Oesophagus and Stomach and a larger one in the stomach itself.
I would suggest you to get treated for the same.
If I were your treating doctor, I would have given you antacids like tab. Pantop/ Razo/ Omez. Syrup Sucralfate (which contains Aluminum hydroxide) is a neutralizing gel that helps in relieving symptoms.
Peptic ulcers if left untreated, might get ruptured which could be dangerous.
CT Abdomen can be more specific regarding this. you can get it done once you start treatment.
