What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

i have mild diffuse disc osteophyte complex at L1-L2, mildly ecentric to the left with mild flattening of left ventrolateral thecal sac. also at L4-L5 there is diffuse mild disc bulging with mild flattening of ventral thecal sac. no large focal protrusion and a small radial annular tear centrally and just to the right of midline. what are the treatments or what will be done for that?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear friend, thank you for your consultation.I have gone through your case history very carefully.as you have no large focal protrusion and a small radio-ulnar tear centrally,I think you should start your physiotherapy under the supervision of a clinical physiotherapist.you should not go for a critical neuro-surgery as it might further de-stabilise your vertebral feature.so start a regular home regimen of flexion exercise and I sincerely believe it will improve your quality of life.thank you.
