Hello and welcome to HCM,
The list provides the general physical examination and systemic examination.
On general physical examination, it is found that the female patient has fever.
The
heart rate is higher than normal and
respiratory rate is also high.
High heart rate can be seen in fever.
High respiratory rate can also occur with fever.
Blood pressure is normal and
oxygen saturation is also normal.
The patient is having cough and along with that there is accumulation of cheesy exudate in the throat.
The chest examination reveals certain signs which suggest consolidation of the lungs.
Consolidation of lung can occur due to infection and inflammation.
On the face there is
seborrhea.
Seborrhea is a disorder of skin characterized by scaly skin.
There is evidence of excoriation or itching on the external genitalia.
This could be due to some skin lesion similar to that on the case.
Thus, you need to be treated for fever, cheesy discharge in throat,
lung infection / inflammation and for lesions on external genitalia.
I hope you are in contact with your primary healthcare provider for further management.
Thanks and take care
