General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it's a report of urinalysis and it's essentially normal, as no gross deformity or discrepancy is present.

It's good that neither pus cells or white cells are present in significant amount nor any casts, red cells or protiens are present to indicate any kidney disease or even urinary tract infection.

Epithelial cells in this much quantity can be normal present just have good hydration and you can use citrosoda sachet if urine burning etc is observed. Overall it means it's a normal report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
