General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi thanks for contacting HCM ..

I can understand your concern...

According to latest WHO guidline your semen sperm count and morphology are within normal limit ...

But motility is mildly defective ...
Normally motile sperm is 40% and rapidly motile sperm should be 32% atleast ..
Here your rapidly progressive motility is 20% which is mild defective ...

If conception not occurs after trying for few month than further treatment can be given with heyfort like tablet. ..

Avoid hot shower and stress ....

Smoking , alcohol avoided ..

Regular exercise done

Take healthy and balanced diet ...
Fruits more ...

Before all this I would suggest repeat semen analysis with three day abstinence period because two subsequent report needed for giving abnormal semen report

Hope my suggestion help
