What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Good Morning Doctor, Yesterday my son 20 months old diagnosed with Typhoid as below results: Salmonella typhi O 1.80 Salmonella typhi H 1.40 Salmonella paratyphi A,H 1:20 Salmonella paratyphi B,H 1:20 c reactive protien 2.1 mg/dl Anything to worry or what medicines you prefer. Thanks in Advance

Understand your concern
Salmonella typhi O 1:80 suggest suspected typhoid infection and it has clinical significant.
Test should be correlated clinically.
Consult the pediatric for proper management. Doctor will provide
Syrup azithral and syrup containing paracetamol.
Do not give outside water and avoid outside food as it has a risk of infection.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Give him warm water.
Repeat the test after one week to know the progress.
