Hi! welcome to HCM! In general , a titer of greater than 200 is considered high At 1:320 , it would be important to interpret it with your other results..It increases in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th week, after which it starts to decline. A positive blood culture and four fold rise in the antibody titer are more suggestive of enteric fever. So go for a blood culture and repeat titres next week. Your hematology results look almost satisfactory, with borderline low platelets. urine shows mild infection. Take care!
