What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

DMy mom has taken a IVU X-ray.. In the report it state that appearance of right PC system is suggestive of residual dilatation My mom had undergone a operation two months befor.. Earlier she had two stones in her right kidney.. I was at kidney other one was at urine tube.. And both of them were operated and taken out.. But after one month she has got a seviour pain.. Then we checked out.. Some doctors said there is something wrong in the operation.. Please tell me what that IVU report comment says??

when stones in kidneys and ureter remain for a long time without treatment, it leads to dilatation of the PC system. since the patient just got operated for stones two months ago, it may take some time for PC system to return to normal size. if the patient is suffering from extensive pain, and IVU has not shown any stone, i suggest a CT KUB should be done to rule out any abnormality.
