Almost without fail, each morning after I have slept at least 8 hrs, I get up drink coffee and eat a light breakfast. About 30 minutes after eating I get so tired that I want to go back to bed If I sleep a few more hrs, I feel better. All my lab results are normal including thyroid, A1C, fasting blood sugar, lipids etc. I just don t understand the tiredness This does not happen every day but often. It has been occurring for about 10 years
