I am a breast cancer survivor (diagnosed and treated in 2015) losing a lot of weight 120lbs. down to 104 lbs.since last year. Blood tests results and chest X-rays appear normal. I have a good appetite, sleep and exercise but undergone physical and mental stress being a care provider for a family member. What do you suggest I do to improve my health and weight.
