What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I am 25 yes old and just had my USG On 10th day of my period. Report says Endometrium thickness-8.1mm. Left ovary - 3.3*1.8cm Right ovary - 4.6*1.7 cm No free fluid in P.O.D Is this report looks normal? Is there chances of getting pregnant this month ? Please advise. Thanks in advance!

although this report shows normal findings, you do need a specific scan for follicular tracking in which the size, number and location of follicles are traced in the ovaries.
