Hi, my name is Dale. I have had T scores beginning in 2003 of -1.6, -2,0, -1.9, -1.7 (2014) and now -2.7. I take Evista, calcium supplements, Vit. D, Magnesium, Zinc, etc. Is it possible that my most recent test could have been flawed or misread? It seems like such a huge jump in just 3 years. I do drink a lot of Coke Zero and am afraid that it a major part of my problem. Is it possible to change my diet (stop the Coke Zero especially, along wih other changes) and reverse some of the bone loss without having to take a much stronger osteoporosis drug like Prolia? I greatly fear the side effects. Can you give me some guidance. I plan to see my doctor Wednesday to discuss my problem. Thanks for any info you can give me. Dale Terrebonne
