Hello,

You have been prescribed supportive and symptomatic treatment in the ER and now you can consult a clinician on the outdoor basis. A cardiac pathology has already been ruled out in the ER.

CT abdomen shows an abnormal spine curve called lordosis which is the cause of your backache.

That can be managed by NSAID like Advil, physical therapy and lifestyle modifications.

The gall bladder is absent .probably due to a past cholecystectomy surgery of yours.

There are loaded stools in your intestines which might have added to your abdominal pain. You need an evacuation by means of laxatives and enema.

The ureter is the joining tube of the kidney(where urine is formed) and bladder(where urine is stored). A starting part of the ureter is called pelvis and normally it bis intra renal i.e lies in the kidney and take a start from there.

You have bilateral extra renal pelvis which is usually congenital. Please visit a urologist for opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
