What Does My Lab Test Result Indicate?
We got married for 1 year..last month we seen a gynaecology and the doctor taking follicular study and the result shows on the 10th and 12th day scan endometrium 7.4mm and 10mm. Right ovry 10mm and 10mm. Left ovry 17x14mm and 24x18mm and 22x16mm and 27x18mm free fluid in pod ++ and +. Is it a chance of pregnancy?

The USG scanning on the 12th day of menses shows left ovary showing mature follicle of 27 x 18 cm and free fluid in pouch of Douglas indicated occurrence of ovulation. In case there was unprotected sex 2 days before to 2 days after the ovulation there are bright chances of conception.
