What Does My Liver Analysis Mean?

Liver; The hepatic parenchyma shows minimal coarse.Texture with increase in its echogenicity.There are peripheral attenuation of the hepatic venous radicals.Normal appearance of protal veins.MPV =11 mm. No evidence of dilated radicals.Picture of mild diffuse fatty liver For further laboratory working up.
