What Does My Liver Function Test Report Indicate?

I am Hep B positive for over 20 years and have normal ALT levels and very normal LFT and also all the other hemotology etc are in normal values and not a single time I had any altered SGPT or SGOT or ALT levels in the last 23 years, I am currently to undergo the operations for the fistula in ano at ayurvedic hospital and they refused to operate since I had Hep B positive. Please advise

They refused because hepatitis b is a blood borne infection. You can go to some other hospital. Ideally they cannot refuse. They just need to take universal precautions strictly while operating
