What Does My Pap Smear Test Report Indicate?

I am a 30 year old in the Philippines and I just had my first PAP smear. It shows negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy. It also shows numerous neutrophillic infiltrates and reactive cellular changes associated with inflammation (includes typical repair) . Is there any reason for concern or need for treatment?

Hello mam don't worry.if u have any problem then u have to take medicine otherwise not.but test will repeat after 6 month is advisable.if u have any problem just ask me I will help u with homeopathic Medicine with no side effect.
