i had a hysterectomy in 2011 and everything came normal wnt for my yearl pap smear came with morderate to severe dysplsia, i just had another pap smear it came back with hsil II ti hsil III moderate to severe again with no hpv cell detected. wha t do you reccomended
Hi, Thanks for consulting us. Your Pap results are abnormal. You need to undergo further evaluation by a Colposcopy to detect any abnormal lesion on your cervix. In addition, a biopsy will also be taken from your cervix or vaginal vault ( if you had total hysterectomy). At present we cannot say that you are suffering from cervical cancer but may be in a pre-cancerous stage which is potentially treatable. So, take it seriously & have a Colposcopy at the earliest.
