What Does My Pelvic Scan Findings Below Indicate?

I went 4pelvic scan it shows bulky, non-gravid and uterus measuring about 62mm in the widest AP diameter with heterogeneous myometria echopattern. The endometrial plate is seen thickened and empty. there are multiple about 2 ovoid shaped mixed echopenic solid mass noted across the walls of the uterus. The anteriorly located mass is notro containing an ill defined cystic component that stimulates a gestational sac.

Welcome to Health care magic.

1.Heerogeneous myometrium echo-texture means altered echo-tecture seen in case of inflammation / infection.
2.Two mix echo pattern lesions - possibly uterine fibroids.
3.The anteriorly located mass is seen with ill-defined anechoic (cystic structure) with in - which stimulates gestational sac.
4.But i would think in terms of degenerative changes in the uterine fibroid.
5.Suggest you to get an urine pregnancy test done - and a followup scan after a week to 10 days time. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
