What Does My Pelvic Scan Report Indicate?

Hi Dr Andrew am Helen I did a pelvic scan and its sonographic features are in keeping with PID.Tis made me do HVS M/C/S.The report shows Epith cells 2-3hpf and pus cells 3-7/hps.The culcure is moderate Coliform spp and i have been married since December but no pregnancy .

There seems to be reproductive tract infection and lead to pelvic inflammatory disease. Do get it treated before it forms any complications. Try for pregnancy once treatment is done.
