Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

Your friend findings may suggest PCOD(poly cystic ovarian disease).
PCOD is indicated by increased ovarian size, increased stromal echogenesity, multiple small cysts arranged in periphery.
She may need further evaluation.PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation, biochemical confirmation and USG correlation.
Most of the cases of PCOD are managed conservatively.
Surgical intervention is required in few cases only.
She should consult gynecologist for proper evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
