I am feeling a lot ot pelvic pain and experiencing infertility, however I got a HSG test and an pelvic ultra sound done and this is what it says could you explain it for me.The uterine cavity and right fallopian tube outlined normal, peritioneal spillage occurring from them from the right in large amounts. The ampullary end of the left tube appears mildly dilated with sluggish spillage of contrast. The uterus is anteverted non gravid and within normal limits size and echopattern. The endometrial lining measures 7mm in thickness and is slightly inhomogenous. Will I be able to get pregnant.
I have gone through your ultrasound report and I would like to assure you that the findings are very positive. The main purpose of this scan is to check the patency of the fallopian tubes and on your report there is spillage of dye on both sides which means there is no problem in fallopian tubes. Rest of the findings are also normal. There is no problem appreciated in this scan which can lead to any cause of infertility. I would suggest you consult a gynaecologist for further clinical evaluation of you, yourself and your partner and further management accordingly.
I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns. Wishing you good health
