What Does My Pelvic Ultrasound Scan Of A 28-year-old Male Indicate?

sir my age is 28 yrs and complete one year of marriage.my problem is that my periods are absent from last 5 months so i visit a gynaecologist there she had done few test as mentioned with reports, Hb12. 8, ESR-26,FT 4-8.12(12-22) TSH - 4.37(.27-5.5),montox-20mm, TB Gold-positive, anti TPO antibody 1300, AMH-0.98 and one ultrasound of pelvic in which my endometrium lining is 4.2 mm and minimal free fluid in POD. she said that i have a uterus tb and refer me to physician for tb treatment. when physician checked my all reports and write one chest xray and one complete abdomen Ultrasound. The chest xray is ok but in usg it shows liver enlargement of 18.5 cm. Now you please advice me what should i do?? which treatment to take first..? and also tell me can i conceive after tb treatment.??

Hello,

You probably have an inflammatory situation. It is not correct for us to give treatment if we don't see the patient closely. You should discuss with your doctor about the treatment and the follow up.
