COMPARISON: 5/12/2014.Technique: Real time grayscale images of the uterus and adnexa was performed utilizing a transvaginal approach. LMP: Not reported Pregnant: Not reported Findings: Uterine Size: 8.4 x 5.3 x 5.8 cmMasses: None.Cervix: Normal. Endometrium: Endometrium is diffusely thickened and somewhat heterogeneousEndometrial thickness: 20.1 mm Adnexa: There is a simple cyst on the left measuring 3.4 cm. The rightovary is surgically absent.Left ovary size: 4.0 x 4.0 x 4.0 cm Free fluid: None. Other findings: None. Impression:Thickened and slightly heterogeneous endometrium measuring 20.1 mm in thickness. This is greater than the upper limits of normal for premenopausal or postmenopausal status and endometrial biopsy should be considered.

welcome to hcm ..your endometrium meaning inner layer of uterus is thickened and this is giving rise to abnormal bleeding now the cause of thickening has to be found and good option is endometrial biopsy after report of biopsy the treatment will be decided
