hello, my sister in law is 20wks 2 days pregnant. the usg obstetrics hr scan shows there is single live intrauterine fetus in variable lie. fetal heart beat 136/min EFW :- 334+/-49 gm. internal os is closed cervical length is 3.5 cm liquor is adequate for POG AFI : 12 placenta is situated in the anterior aspec Grade 0 Impression : single live intrauterine fetus of 20 wks 2 days no gross fetal anomalies seen at present scan. what does it all mean ?

Report says your sister has a five month pregnancy with placenta anterior.She has adequate amount of amniotic fluid,and the presentation of the baby is constantly changing so variable,heart is beating normally and expected fetal weight at present is 334 gms.No anomalies are found at the present scan.Hope this solves your doubts.Thank you.
